Orders and delivery

When will my order arrive?

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery is 3–4 business days after dispatch. Courier delays, weather or festive rush can sometimes slow a parcel down; if that happens, we'll keep you posted.

Do you ship outside India?

International shipping is coming soon. For now, we deliver only within India. Follow us on Instagram @toomuchjewels.in to know when we start shipping to your country.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders above ₹1,500. On orders below ₹1,500, shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your location.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also check it anytime on Track your order.

Can I change my address?

Please check your address and phone number before you order. Spotted a mistake? Write to us right away and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. Once it has shipped, the address can't be changed.

Payments

How can I pay?

Prepaid orders only, paid securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on Delivery isn't available right now.

Returns and damage

Can I return or exchange a piece?

All sales are final. For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns or exchanges, and prepaid orders can't be cancelled once placed.

My piece arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos and an unedited unboxing video. Once we approve your claim, your refund is processed within 2–7 business days. Read the Return & Damage Policy.

Launch offer: up to 20% back

What is the launch offer?

Post your Too Much look on Instagram and get up to 20% back on orders above ₹1,500. It's our launch offer, for a limited time, and the money goes straight to your UPI after we check your post.

How does it work?
  1. Order above ₹1,500 during the launch period.
  2. Once delivered, post a reel or styling video wearing your piece on a public Instagram account, tag us @toomuchjewels.in and add #TooMuchLaunchOffer.
  3. After posting, DM us on Instagram with your invoice, post link and UPI ID. Claims are valid for 30 days from delivery.
  4. We check it and send up to 20% of your order value back to your UPI within 7 working days.
How much will I get back?

20% of your order value (excluding shipping), up to a maximum of ₹200. For example, on a ₹1,500 order you get ₹200 back.

Launch offer T&C

  • One claim per customer (not per order).
  • Only on orders placed during our launch period, until we announce that the offer has ended.
  • The post must be made after delivery, stay public for at least 30 days and show the piece clearly. One post = one claim.
  • Claim within 30 days of delivery, by Instagram DM only, with your invoice, post link and UPI ID.
  • The post must include #TooMuchLaunchOffer and tag @toomuchjewels.in.
  • Paid only after delivery, and only if the order isn't cancelled or disputed. The name on the order should match.
  • Up to 20% of the order value, excluding shipping, with a maximum of ₹200 per customer.
  • Can't be clubbed with any other offer, including the birthday gift.
  • We only need a UPI ID. We will never ask for OTPs, passwords, ID cards or bank logins.
  • Too Much can reject claims that don't meet these rules or look misused; our decision is final.

The Anti-Basic Society and your birthday gift

What is The Anti-Basic Society?

Our one signup: joining creates your Too Much account. You sign in with just your email and a one-time code, no password. Members get their top 3 saved, early access to new drops, and a little gift from us when they shop on their birthday.

How do I get my birthday gift?

Save your birthday (day and month) in your account, then shop in the 15 days before your birthday, up to and including the day itself.

Birthday gift T&C

  • Valid on orders placed within 15 days before your birthday, up to and including your birthday.
  • Your birthday must be saved in your account before you order.
  • One gift per year per account.
  • Can't be clubbed with any other offer: one offer per order. If two apply, you get the better one.

Care

How do I look after my pieces?

Each piece's material is on its product page. Then follow our Jewellery Care guide: last on, first off, keep it dry, store it separately, wipe after wearing.
