1. About these terms

1.1 These terms apply when you visit toomuchjewels.in (the "Site") or buy from us. The Site is run by Too Much Jewels (GSTIN: 07ABAFT2872N1ZQ), India ("Too Much", "we", "us").

1.2 By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Damage Policy.

1.3 You must be 18 or older, or use the Site with a parent or guardian.

2. Our products

2.1 Our pieces are fashion jewellery and accessories. Materials differ from piece to piece; the material of each piece is written in its product description.

2.2 We try to show colours, finishes and sizes as accurately as possible, but screens and lighting can make them look slightly different. Small variations in finish are normal and not a defect.

2.3 Care matters: keep pieces dry, put on perfume and sprays before your jewellery, and store them in a dry place. Wear and tear from daily use is not a defect.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.

3.2 We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

3.3 We accept prepaid orders only. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets).

3.4 If a price or product detail is listed wrongly by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders

4.1 Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.

4.2 We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or for a pricing error. If we cancel, you get a full refund of the amount paid.

4.3 All prepaid orders are final and can't be cancelled once placed.

5. Accounts

5.1 You can create an account with your email; we send a one-time code to sign in. Keep access to your email safe.

5.2 We may suspend accounts that misuse offers, the Site or our team.

6. Offers

6.1 Each offer has its own terms, shown with the offer. Only one offer can be used per order and offers can't be combined.

6.2 Launch offer: up to 20% back (maximum ₹200 per customer) on orders above ₹1,500, for posting your Too Much look on Instagram, as described in the offer's "How it works" and T&C.

6.3 Birthday gift: for account members, on orders placed within 15 days before your birthday (birthday saved in your account before ordering), one gift per year.

6.4 We may change or end any offer at any time, and may refuse offers that are misused.

7. Content and Instagram

7.1 All content on the Site (photos, videos, text, logo, design) belongs to Too Much or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

7.2 If you tag us or use #TooMuchLaunchOffer, you allow us to repost or share your post on our Instagram and Site, crediting you. You can ask us to remove it anytime.

8. Liability

8.1 We're responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. We're not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

8.2 Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.
